Policies

While you are staying with us, we ask that you be respectful of our other guests. This is our Pet Policy.

Aggressive and/or noisy pets are not permitted or tolerated. Incessant barking or any aggressive behaviour will result in the owner having to vacate Hobbs Resort with no refund and the owner also being responsible for any discounts applied to other guests
Maximum of 2 pets per cabin, RV or campsite
To ensure the safety of others, pets must be leashed at all times when outside
Pets are not to be left unattended while in the cabins/RVs or on Hobbs Resort property
Please walk your pet off of Hobbs Resort property to do its business and pick up after it
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and a $50 fee will be charged to the pet owner if we have to clean up after it
Pet owner is responsible for any damages caused by their pet

Cabin/RV Rental Cancellation Policy:

No refunds on deposits within 28 days of booking.
Cancellations within 7 days of booking will be charged 100% of the cost of the booking
Any cancellations will be assessed a 10% administration fee

Campground and Boat Rental Cancellation Policy:
